To make a reservation and secure your rental week.:
$200.00 per week deposit is required when making a reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Checks should be made payable to Simpson House.

Steps to make a reservation:

1. Call to make sure the week is still available 609-744-2981
2. Mail your $200.00 per week deposit to the above address
3. When you mail your deposit please make sure to include:
   • Your full name
   • All contact phone numbers to be able to reach you
   • Your address to mail the lease to
   • Rental week dates and rental unit number

Security Deposit:
1025A & 1027A Rents Saturday to Saturday - $150.00 Refundable Security Deposit Required
1025B Rents Friday to Friday - $200.00 Refundable Security Deposit Required

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check
• All Credit cards accepted through PayPal - 3% credit card charge applied

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded if 45 days notice is given and we are able to re-rent the apartment for the entire period cancelled. $30.00 service charge applies. No refunds on early departures, late arrivals, weather conditions or weather related closings. Change in reservation dates are subject to cancellation policy.

• Additional Person (Adult or Child/Baby) $200.00 per week
• Additional Person (Adult or Child/Baby) $40.00 per night

No Guarantees: No refunds will be given for any inoperable or missing amenities or appliances including air conditioning, blackouts, water shortage, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations. We do, however, make every reasonable effort to assure that all appliances are working and remain in good working order and that we describe all amenities to the best of our abilities at the time the property is rented.

Weekend rates available through the fall, winter and spring.

1025B $175.00 per night, two night minimum up to 6 people
1025A $125.00 per night, two night minimum, up to 4 people
1027A $125.00 per night, two night minimum, up to 4 people

$40.00 per person charge, per night, for each additional person (Adult or Child/Baby) over the maximum allowed in each unit - STRICKELY ENFORCED!

Weekend rates include washer/dryer and seasonable AC

***BONUS (when available) - early check in of 8 am and late check out of 6 pm

Holidays: Add an additional $50 per night, three night minimum
